"Joy acts like a trampoline, everything that touches it bouncing right back off it."
-Mariella Frostrup
If you haven’t heard of Tsum Tsums, consider yourself lucky. Essentially Tsum Tsums are Disney’s version of the Beanie Babies that became popular years ago. I don’t think Tsum Tsums are that big, but they have definitely invaded our house after buying a few for Christmas. We now have around 12 of the things flying around. I guess I can’t complain too much, it’s hard to destroy things around the house with 3.5” stuffed animals.
Cousin Sydney’s birthday is coming in a few days so we traveled to Fort Worth to celebrate her first birthday. The kids had a blast running all over the house with Cousin Ben and other kids in attendance. Happy birthday Sydney!
Speaking of birthdays, apparently mine is tomorrow. Since my gift this year was a toy, which I’m ok with, I got to open my present a day early so we could play with it. Surprisingly, considering I’m in a house full of kids, I actually got to play with it for a few minutes.
Our trampoline has been out of commission for a while but we got it fixed up this weekend despite the freezing temperatures thank to some “encouragement” from the kids. They took full advantage once the new trampoline mat was installed and worked out some energy.
